PURPOSE: An entrance door locking device is provided, which is safe from an internal security and a crime by adding an electric device in a mechanical lock. CONSTITUTION: A key(10) comprises more than two concave grooves on a straight line, and a lock is interlocked according to a movement of the key, and a lock(13) controls the rotation of the lock according to a position of a projected piece. An operation piece(30) controls a lever release by connecting and blocking with a rotation lever. A contact device(45) varies a contact connection according to a shape of the key and the operation piece by being installed in the lock. A locking device comprises a guide rod and a guide plate and the rotation lever and the operation lever and performs a door locking function. A solenoid valve(60) locks the guide plate, and a timer contact point operates the solenoid device of the contact device for a constant setting time without regard to a contact point change. The locking device also comprises an alarm device and a security device.
