PURPOSE: A mobile CMS(Car Managing System) system and method using a PDA is provided to connect a user on an off-line to a service on the on-line Internet in real time and manage the user and the service by interlocking a database in a physical server, a mobile communication network, and PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) therewith. CONSTITUTION: An authority and a use or not of a user are authenticated using a wireless Internet(mobile communication) network and a program. Data service is received by interlocking with a web site in real time using the wireless Internet network. When a version of the program is upgraded, a confirmation upgrade is performed using the wireless Internet network automatically. Data are compressed using a sync-server and transmitted through a PDA. A PDA service such as a car management, a financial commodity management, a client management, a notice board management, selling article information, and a user management is provided.
