PURPOSE: A tubular-type electric drying apparatus comprising a bearing at both sides of a stainless steel shaft, a nichrome wire and a roller connected to a motor is provided which is useful for drying agricultural products such as red pepper, corn, jujube or the like and can be used in the outdoor field by connection to a DC source. CONSTITUTION: The electric drier comprises: a tubular-type transparent plastic resin with 1m in width and 2mm in thickness; a stainless shaft with a length of 1.5m; a bearing disposed at both sides of the stainless steel shaft; a nichrome wire wound on the outside of a fire resistant ceramic ware; a roller connected to one side of the steel shaft; and an electric motor.
