PURPOSE: A spacer for an apartment half PC composite slab is provided to adhere a vibration damping sheet to concrete, to regulate the installation height of reinforcing bars easily, to simplify the manufacturing process of a half PC composite slab and to shorten a manufacturing period. CONSTITUTION: The spacer for an apartment half PC composite slab comprises the steps of forming semicircular grooves(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d) having respectively different diameter to be suitable for the diameter of various reinforcing bars on the upper, lower and both sides of a rectangular parallelepiped whose horizontal length(x) and vertical length(y) are different, forming both sides of the semicircular grooves(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d) in a plane(12e) and forming many through holes(12f) widthwise.
