PURPOSE: To provide an optical sensor having a wide detection range for one light emitter and easy alignment of the optical axis, that can reduce the number of installation units of the light emitters. CONSTITUTION: A lightguide body 3 and a light emitter 1 are arranged facing an end face, which faces the side face of a V-groove of the lightguide body 3 of a plate shape and a plurality of reflection parts 3a consisting V-grooves, that are placed in a plane, in parallel with a light-emitting face of the light emitter 1. Photreceivers 2, 2, and so on are placed, so as to let the other face of the lightguide body 3 face to the receiving face to the other face with a proper distance from the light guide body 3. Light, emitted from the light emitter 1, is introduced to the inside of the lightguide body 3, and the introduced light is reflected by the reflecting part 3a to emit light from the other face toward the photoreceivers 2, 2, and so on.
