PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly manage the attendance/leaving times of employees in the case that a place where a service management processor having a time recorder function for management of employees' service is installed is distant from their place of employment. SOLUTION: Service schedules of employees are generated and are registered in a service management processor 11. When an employee is absent or his or her attendance/leaving time is changed contrary to his or her service schedule, a person in charge of management in his or her place of employment uses a telephone set 15 in the tone dial system installed in this place to call a voice response server 12 connected to the service management processor 11 and inputs a password and the ID number of the employee to change service information of the employee in the day, which the service management processor 11 manages. The service management processor recognizes that employees for whom the change of service information is not reported from the voice response server 12 have attended/left the office in accordance with their service schedules and records their attendance/leaving times. |
