PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily managing the rental job of an event hall. SOLUTION: The system is provided with data input terminals 1 to n for inputting data showing a status on the reservation of the event hall, an event advance management terminal 11 for inputting data showing the status on the rental affair procedure of the event hall, and a server 20 including an event input part 21 receiving data showing the status on the reservation of the event hall, which is inputted to the data input terminals 1 to n, a ledger input part 22, a corresponding history input part 23, an event advance managing part 24 receiving data showing the status on the rental affair procedure of the event hall, which is inputted to the event advance management terminal 11, and displaying an advance situation in the rental job of the hall on the event advance management terminal 11 by using the status showing the advance situation which time-sequentially advances in the rental jog of the hall and an event data recording part 25 recording received data. |
