PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a network traffic and a load on a computer. SOLUTION: The management program lets computer execute a step (S3) for requiring a transmission of a collection flag indicating an execution of an information collection processing to a management device which can execute the information collection processing for collecting a management information from a copying machine connected to LAN; and a step (S5) for requiring a transmission of the collected information to the management device transmitting the collection flag in the case where the collection flag is received.
