PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security communication packet processor for speeding up, reducing delay and improving throughput when a password processing and an authentication processing are performed. SOLUTION: The processor is provided with a password processing part 102 performing the password processing or a decoding processing in the unit of the data block of B1 bits, an authentication processing part 104 performing the authentication processing in the unit of the data block of B2 (=n×B1 ) bits in parallel to the password processing or the decoding processing in the password processing part 102 and outputting an authentication value, a data block accumulation part 103 accumulating the data block from the password processing part 102 and outputting it to the authentication processing part 104 when the accumulation quantity becomes equal to B2 bits, a packet construction part 105 which reconstructs a packet from the data block from the password processing part 102 and the authentication value from the authentication processing part 104 and a password authentication processing control part 101 which divides the inputted packet into the data blocks of B1 bits and sequentially outputs them to the password processing part 102.
