PURPOSE: An exothermic material and a heating element are provided which are safely and conveniently used at anytime and anywhere without restriction of place or time as storing, transporting or carrying contents stored in a vessel for a long period of time, and a heating vessel using the exothermic material and a heating element is provided. CONSTITUTION: The exothermic material comprises a heating material(4) that is a solid reaction material formed by mixing anhydrous metal salt with saccharide, and a liquid reaction material(3) received separately from the heating material, wherein the heating material consists of magnesium chloride, a hydrous metal salt primarily heated by hydration with a liquid reaction material water, and sugar, saccharide secondarily heated by hydrolysis of heat and product of the hydration, 100 weight parts of magnesium chloride is used as the anhydrous metal salt, 60 to 120 weight parts of sugar is used as saccharide, and 50 to 100 weight parts of water is used as the liquid reacting material, a mixing ratio of the above raw materials is adjusted to control heating amount, maximum temperature and heating duration time, and the heating material(4) is formed by compression molding the mixture in a granular or plate shape after mixing anhydrous metal salt magnesium chloride with saccharide sugar. The heating element(2) comprises a heating material storage part(2a) in which a heating material composing the exothermic material is charged and stored; and a reaction solution storage can(2b) in which a liquid reaction material(3) composing the exothermic material is stored, and which is formed in the central part of the heating material storage part(2a) with the reaction solution storage can being spaced apart from the reaction solution storage can(2b) in a certain distance, wherein a drilling member(6) is installed at the lower part of the reaction solution storage can. The heating vessel(1) is characterized in that the heating element(2) in which the exothermic material is charged into the lower part(11) or upper part(12) of a metal can(1) is installed in the heating vessel. |
