PURPOSE: To provide a metal film structure of a good quality by simplifying a negative angle forming die so as to make inexpensive precise. CONSTITUTION: The negative angle forming die consists of a lower die for mounting a metal plate work on a supporting part and an upper die which discends lower than the lower die for forming the work. A notch forming part notching the locus of the upper die is formed at an edge closer to the supporting part. After forming it, a rotating cam is rotated and moved back by an automatic returning tool to take out the formed work from the lower work. In this negative angle forming die, the rotating cam moving device of negative angle forming dir forms a flange at a work end part in a direction crossing with a rotary axis, makes notch forming after this, divides a rotary cam into an end rotation cam for mounting the flange of the work end part and a main rotation cam except the end part rotation cam and arranges them on the same rotation axis in order to prevent the deformation of the flange at the work end part by returning of the rotating cam, makes the rotating cam stationary in the prescribed range of the first rotation return and moves the end part rotation cam toward the main rotation cam in an axial direction after that.
