PURPOSE: A meat roasting plate is provided to acquire an effect of an elvan fomentation by manufacturing a roasting plate by means of the elvan, which transmits a great quantity of a far infrared rays when a heat is applied. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate parts(11,12), a tetragonal shape and a circular shape, are installed on an upper side of a roasting plate(10). The roasting plate parts(11,12) protrude from the upper side of the roasting plate(10). An oil drain openings(13,14) are extended from the roasting plate parts(11,12). An oil receiver pedestals(17,18) is installed at a lower end of the oil drain openings(13,14). A plurality of recess parts(19) is formed at a bottom side of the roasting plate parts(11,12). An iron plate is adhered to the roasting plate parts(11,12). A bottom side of the roasting plate parts(11,12) is indirectly heated by the iron plate, so a crack of the roasting plate parts(11,12) is prevented.
