PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely inspect and measure using image processing. SOLUTION: This image processing device is furnished with a detection part 104 for detecting the position and an inclination of an image which is an inspecting object on a photographing frame from image information stored in an image information storage part 101 and a correction part 106 to find the difference between a standard position and a standard inclination obtained from these position and the degree of inclination and a standard information memory part 102 and for correcting a position and an inclination of a previously registered inspection region according to the difference. Registration of the inspection region is carried out by detecting the inclination of a non-defective standard image on the photographing frame from non-defective standard image information provided by capturing and photographing, for example, a non-defective standard with respect to an object of inspection, correcting the inclination of the non-defective standard image, so that this detected inclination becomes the standard inclination and setting the inspecting region with respect to the non- defective standard image, after this correction. Additionally, a specified position of the non-defective standard image after the correction is set at the standard position. |
