The particle size d of fine particles is 5-500 nm, and content of fine particles is 0.1-40 atom.%. The fine particle corresponds to at least one kind selected from among Ni fine particle, Fe fine particle, V fine particle, Mn fine particle, Ti fine particle, Cu fine particle, Pd fine particle, Pt fine particle, Au fine particle, Ag fine particle, Co fine particle, Mo fine particle, Cr fine particle, Ru fine particle, Rh fine particle, Ir fine particle, W fine particle, Hf fine particle, and fine particle of alloy of single metal of them.
