摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the recovery amount of exhaust heat from a fuel cell. SOLUTION: On a circulation pipe 5, a latent heat recovery heat exchanger 8 and a cathode exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 9 are connected in parallel with each other. A sensible heat recovery heat exchanger 10 is mounted on the circulation pipe 5 downstream both heat exchangers 8 and 9. A reformer exhaust gas pipe 11 connected to a reformer 2 is introduced into the heat exchanger 10 and the heat exchanger 8. After the sensible heat of exhaust gas exhausted from the reformer 2 and containing steam is recovered by the heat exchanger 10, the heat of the steam-containing exhaust gas is exchanged with that of cold water flowing through the circulation pipe 5, and latent heat generated by condensation of the steam by the heat exchange is recovered. A cathode exhaust gas pipe 12 connected to a cathode of a fuel cell body 3 is introduced into the heat exchanger 9. The heat of exhaust gas exhausted from the cathode of the cell body 3 and containing steam is exchanged with that of cold water flowing through the circulation pipe 5, and latent heat generated by condensation of the steam by the heat exchange is recovered.
