PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter which has a simple and low cost composition, and an output-current limitation means in which the high-speed operation is possible. SOLUTION: The output-current limiter circuit 75 is added between a terminal 50 to which a voltage Vi is input in proportion to an output current Io and an inverting amplifier circuit 64 of an error amplifier circuit 65. When the voltage Vi becomes over the positive specified value, the current is made to flow into the error amplifier circuit 65 from the input port 50 through a diode 76, a zener diode 80, a diode 79, a resistor 81, and the error amplification voltage VTH limited. when the voltage Vi becomes over the negative specified value, the current is made to flow out from the error amplifier circuit of 65 to the input port 50 through the resistor 81, a diode 77, the zener diode 80, a diode 78, and the error amplification voltage VTH is limited. By a clamp circuit 72, the control system in the current limit operation is stabilized. |
