PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form using system capable of efficiently performing application business of a plurality of electronic forms. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a main form 11 for performing all navigations for a plurality of electronic forms, and an entry form 12 which is a plurality of electronic forms connected to the main form 11 and divided into business block units. An electronic form system 9 opens the main form 11, selects a business pattern, and records the concerned entry form information in a common information file 13. The entry form is displayed, necessary items are input, the entry data are saved in an XML-form entry data file 14, and at the end of the entry form, data storage information and data check information are recorded in the common information file 13. At the end of saving data of the entry form, the entry data connecting module 10 put the entry data file 14 in the connecting state to generate the XML-form connecting entry data file 14, and transmits the file to a server 3 through the network 5. |
