<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that exposing an ITO film to air may change in quality and cause aging effect of a resistance value occurring functional problems for a touch panel for inputting for a computer of which ITO film transparent electrodes are formed and opposed to a glass base and a transparent film. SOLUTION: Forming a protective film is effective for preventing degradation of electrodes and coating by silicon oxide film is generally known. However, this is not appropriate for the touch panel to conduct by having transparent electrodes contacted with each other for insulation. Consequently protective films 21, 22 are coated respectively on the transparent electrode 2 on the glass bas and the transparent electrode 7 on the transparent film 6 by a resin mixed with ITO fine powder. The ITO fine powder with a size of 0.1μm or less is mixed with the resin and used with a content of 10-25 wt.%. The protective film of the ITO fine powder is conductive in a thickness direction but almost non-conductive in a facial direction and then does not affect resistance of sheet of the transparent electrodes even though they are coated. The protective film can be easily formed by using printing technologies.</p> |
