PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system that can minimize waste ful use of a public communication network. SOLUTION: A wireless terminal 5 temporarily stores information of a base station connected previously and selects a connection reply from the base station whose information is temporarily stored by taking precedence over connection replies from other base stations.
