PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a viewer to resume viewing a program from a point where the viewer interrupted viewing the program, even if it occurs to acquire information or to confirm the acquired information. SOLUTION: When information input/output processing is started through the Internet from a network connection part during watching a television broadcasting program, the information acquired from the Internet is outputted from a picture output part 38 and a sound output part 39. The advertising program part of the broadcasting is detected by a signal AMw showing a sound mode to record the broadcasting program except this advertising program part in HDD 33. When utilization of the Internet is finished, the program recorded in the HDD 33 is reproduced and the reproduction of the recorded program is completed, a program to be outputted is switched to a broadcasting program.
