PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication server for reporting a praising word to a user correcting an improper term during the participation to a communication environment on a network, a communication environment providing method, and a storage medium therefor. SOLUTION: In a communication by characters, an improper term detection part 105 detects whether an improper term is included in the character information received from a user terminal or not in reference to an improper term database 102. When the improper term is detected, a registration rejection reporting processing part 106 reports that the registration of the character information in a communication server 11 is rejected to the user terminal. A registration history determining part 107 determines the registration of the character information corrected for improper term or not. When the registration of the character information corrected for improper term is determined, a praising word processing part 108 displays the screen of praising the correction on the user terminal.
