PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small dielectric filter which is manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A recessed groove, extending to a short face, is formed on an face opposite to a dielectric of a rectangular parallelepiped, the recessed groove is filled with a conductor, and a resonance element is formed. A ground conductor is formed on a remaining surface, a conductor film connected to the ground conductor is formed on one end face and is connected to the conductor in the recessed groove. An input/output terminal is disposed by tap input or capacity connection.
