PURPOSE: A power generator of a turbine having a storage container for exploding and discharging in a piston cylinder is provided to prevent explosion before reaching the top dead center, and to install a cooler easily by rotating the turbine with exploding and discharging gas in the storage container. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(10) and a piston shaft are arranged radially in a disk of a rotating shaft, and the piston shaft is surrounded by a groove(13) to move the cylinder up and down. A piston shaft hook is fitted to an eccentric round groove(30) of a fixed disk(40). The piston is moved with moving up and down the piston shaft hook along a rotary cylinder groove in turning a rotary cylinder. A turbine(110a) is turned by injection gas in rotating the rotary cylinder by exploding and discharging compressed gas in a storage container(20) near the cylinder exhaust port. Explosion before reaching the top dead center is prevented with exploding compressed gas in the storage container.
