PURPOSE: A method for selecting a client for advertising and publicizing with a wireless terminal are provided to transmit an advertising message requested by an individual company to a selected person who travels from one place to another with a wireless terminal frequently and person who remains a specific place and responds to an advertising(publicizing) message being transmitted through a wireless terminal frequently. CONSTITUTION: An individual company which wishes to advertise defines a specific area for receiving an advertising/publicizing message, a transmission time thereof, a sex distinction and the number of clients to be received the message, and requests the condition to an information processing company(S1). A wireless communication businessman collects client information(S2). A wireless communication businessman supplies the collected client information to the information processing company(S3). An objected client is selected based on position information of clients(S4). An objected client is selected again based on personal information of clients such as an address and sex distinction(S5). The information processing company transmits the advertising/publicizing message through an SMS(Short Message Service) to a wireless terminal of the selected client(S6).
