PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing troubles of a component rolling machine is provided to easily remove a defective material to prevent troubles such as stopping of subsequent processes or clogging of chute generated when a material is not normally rolled between moving dies and fixed dies. CONSTITUTION: In a component rolling machine equipped with a chute(61) for supplying a material(10) and a material supplying unit(63), the apparatus for preventing troubles of the component rolling machine comprises an operating lever inserting hole which is perpendicularly formed to the right side of a slide ram(20) driving a moving dies(21) so that the operating lever(36) is inserted into the operating lever inserting hole; a compression spring(33) which is fixed and inserted into the operating lever inserting hole; an operating lever(36) which is inserted into the operating lever inserting hole, and on which a rack gear is formed; a rotation shaft on which a pinion gear(41) engaged with the rack gear is formed; and a roller lever(35) which is equipped with a roller(34) formed in such a manner that one end of the roller(34) is fixed to the rotation shaft while the other end of the roller(34) is rolled along the inclined surface of an inclination cam(25), wherein the roller lever(35) is rotated by the inclined surface of the inclination cam(25) fixed to a frame so that the operating lever(36) is projected onto the lower surface of the moving dies(21), thereby pushing a defective material between moving dies(21) and fixed dies to the left side of the fixed dies.
