PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest in technique capable of meeting energy demand without expanding energy production facilities of suppliers even if the energy consumed by users is higher than supplier's expectation. SOLUTION: This method includes a process S1 of inputting information on improvement in demand by energy consumers to an energy suppliers side, a leveling mechanism suggestion process S2 of suggesting a leveling mechanism (e.g. a mechanism for transiting energy consumption at night: ice heat storage tank pack) of energy consumption by the energy consumers from the energy supplier side so that the demand by the energy consumers may be leveled, a process S3 of computing the rate of an average capacity utilization ratio per day when the leveling mechanism is utilized and an average capacity utilization ratio per day when the leveling mechanism is not utilized, a process S4 of determining the cost reduced by the supplier according to the rate, and a process S5 of determining the discount rate of energy unit cost when the leveling mechanism is utilized based on the reduced cost. |
