<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange method capable of activating a community by allowing the selection of a proper community according to the contents of a statement (message) and providing an environment where a user (particularly, a user to newly join the community) is easy to speak, and an information exchange device using it. SOLUTION: A similar message similar to an input message is retrieved from messages registered in any one of a plurality of communities, and a response message having the response relation with the similar message is retrieved from the registered messages. On the basis of this response message, anticipated responses to the input message for every community are presented, and the input message is registered in the community selected from the communities with the expected responses presented.</p> |
