PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a calling card as a comprehensive information medium. SOLUTION: The calling card uses a recording medium and can be realized, for example, in the form of an IC card 1 or a CD-ROM 2. Not only the information of a conventional calling card but also various kinds of information can be registered additionally in such a calling card. For example, information on the calling card is read automatically, by inserting the calling card into a slot of the PC 10 and the beginning of a data can be also carried out in a management software. Access is made to a predetermined HP from the PC 10 by the calling card to submit a PR information, an electronic mail address is read and a mail can be also simply dispatched from a person side receiving the calling card. Sales promotion information is prepared by managing an access history of the HP, and a business report can be prepared automatically. A shopping ticket of a predetermined shopping mall site is issued, and downloading service may be provided with respect to accessing of the HP. |
