PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently communicate with a plurality of contactless media. SOLUTION: A plurality of media cells 90 are transmitting and receiving elements for radio performing data communication with the contactless media. The contactless media 95 include an internal memory 96 corresponding to a plurality of radio transmitting and receiving elements 96 storing ID information and record data of the contactless media 95. A storing part 50 includes a virtual space coordinate management table 51, a comparison table 52, a writing buffer table 53 and a state table 54. A processing part 60 controls various processing (e.g. read/write, state of contact-less media 95) to the contactless media 95 on a desired media cell 90. The position of the media cell 90 is selected using a first media switching part 30 by a selecting part 40, thereby performing data communication with the contactless media 95 placed there.
