PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the input determination of a personal identification number even if natural numbers of 10 or more cannot be inputted in a terminal exclusively used for data communication. SOLUTION: When a user operates a cross key 21 to input a digit string in the input waiting state of a PIN code, the inputted digit string is received (step 120). Proceeding to step 140, the inputted digit string is regarded as a personal identification number of quaternary digits, and the personal identification number of quaternary digits is converted into the personal identification number of decimal digits. Further, a registration number is extracted from a memory 60, and whether the registration number coincides with the personal identification number of decimal digits is determined (step 140). |
