PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for forming and processing a harmonized point network. SOLUTION: A CAD system adjusts an inside point within a network, based on an extreme point by applying smoothing algorithm to plane. If a local plane is detected within the network by the CAD system and if a local plane exists there, smoothing algorithm is used further to smooth the inside points within the network. If the local plane is detected within the network and if the local plane exists there, smoothing algorithm is used to constrain the inside points within the network.
