PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the shape of slots deformed in an armature core, on which coils are lap-wound double, in order to prevent the coils from slipping off and secure wide spaces for winding the coils, and also prevent the occurrence of magnetic unbalance or vibrating rotation simultaneously. SOLUTION: While the shape of slots is deformed, slot depths D are made uniformed, so that the occurrence of magnetic unbalance or vibrating rotation is avoided.
