PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-inductive metal wire wound resistor which has a wide range of manufacturing resistance, is superior in mass productivity, and comparatively inexpensive, and has large absorbed energy and small inductance. SOLUTION: The non-inductive resistor formed of a metal resistor wire is provided around an organic or inorganic insulating material core, a metal electrode (cap) is fixed to both ends of the resistor with an adhesive material for the formation of the metal wire wound resistor or adhesive agent is applied to the metal electrode (cap), and the metal electrode is fixed to each side of the resistor by screwing.
