PURPOSE: A drain structure of evaporator unit for automobile is provided to remove odor due to mold by not using an insulator in the evaporator unit and installing a drain device on a bottom of a lower case to discharge moisture outside of the automobile. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a drain part(44) connected with a joint part(43) of a lower case(40) to move moisture formed on an outside of an evaporator core(20) to a first central hole(46); and a drain device(50) fixed on a lower side surface of the drain part to discharge moisture coming from an upper surface of an upper case(30) and the drain part through a second central hole(54).
