PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation supporting method which can correspond to the change of reservation time in a job that needs reservation. SOLUTION: A web server 1 receives and sets notice time, a notice method and a notice destination when changed reservation time is informed from a customer terminal 3, and changes reservation time which is set based on information supplied from a contractor terminal 2. It is judged whether it becomes notice timing which is set or not. When it is judged that it becomes notice timing, the notice destination is informed of changed reservation time which is set by the notice method which is set.
