PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the display of an image without extending an operation key. SOLUTION: A display mode changeover function part 21b recognizes one click or double clicks to an operation dial 4 and changes each of a menu mode display image 30, an [H Scroll] mode display image 32, a [V Scroll] mode display image 33 and a [Zoom] mode display image 34. An image display control function part 21c recognizes clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation to the operation dial 4 and scrolls a map laterally when the [H Scroll] mode display image 32 is displayed, recognizes clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation to the operation dial 4 and scrolls the map image vertically when the [V Scroll] mode display image 33 is displayed, and recognizes clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation to the operation dial and makes an expanded or reduced display of the map image when the [Zoom] mode display image 34 is displayed.
