PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system with the least signal lines by multiplexing several pieces of information and simultaneously transmitting/receiving them without increasing the load on hardware and software. SOLUTION: An SIN signal composed of a level signal and a pulse width signal is sent to a rain drop sensor 200 simultaneously by way of signal line L1 from a wiper controller 100, among the SIN signal of the rain drop sensor 200, the level signal and the pulse width signal are demodulated by AD conversion in an A/D conversion circuit within a micro computer 210 by way of a MIN hold circuit 220 and a duty smoothing circuit, respectively. Therefore, transmission the SIN signal is performed by only one signal line L1, and the wiper controller 100 does not require a micro computer, and can be composed of a duty oscillation circuit 110 or the like as an analog signal generation circuit, so that load on the hardware and software does not increase and installability of the auto wiper system on the vehicle can be improved.
