<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance use efficiency of a shockproof memory. SOLUTION: An image pickup circuit 10 outputs the image signal of an object to a movement detecting circuit 12 and an image correcting circuit 16. The movement detecting circuit 12 detects the movement of a whole screen picture form inter-frame corelation of the inputted image signals. A vibration detecting circuit 14 detects the physical vibration of camera itself. The image correcting circuit 16 performs a correction processing for canceling the movement and the vibration detected by the circuit 12 and 14 concerning the output image of the circuit 10 and writes it in a buffer memory 18. An image compressing circuit 20 compresses image data of the memory 18 by a compression ratio which is decided by movement information, vibration information and a photographing mode and re-writes it in the memory 18. A signal processing circuit 22 converts the compressed data of the memory 18 into a recording form and the output is applied to a modulating circuit 26 via the shockproof memory 24. The modulating circuit 26 modulates input data and records it to a disk 28.</p> |
