PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for logo generation, capable of designating a color and adjusting an image according to the purpose of printing. SOLUTION: Original data formed of image data of two or more colors is acquired, and the color of the original data can be set, so as to be freely converted into any color printable by a printer, while observing the image of the acquired original data. When the color assignments are is inputted, the original data is processed and outputted according to the input set information.
