PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find a broadcasting trouble from the display of information on material by displaying the information on the material on a monitor screen before sending the material. SOLUTION: A sending-system subsystem 500 reads material data from a large capacity storage sub-system 400 storing at least an information part showing the contents of the material and the main volume part of the material as a single piece of the material data. In the case of outputting the material data in the state of being capable of sending it to a viewer while outputting it in the state of being capable of displaying it on sending monitor devices 4a to 4p, after outputting the information part (title credit) of sending object material data to the devices 4a to 4p, the main volume part of the sending object material data is outputted in the state of being capable of sending it to the viewer while outputting it in the state of being capable of displaying it on the sending monitor devices 4a to 4p.
