SOLUTION: This television broadcasting method is for broadcasting a program through a predetermined broadcasting channel; and a broadcasting station 1 broadcasts a program body source and also broadcasts pieces (1) to (4) of digest information of the program body source and when the channel of the broadcasting station 1 is selected, a receiver 2 displays one of the pieces (1) to (4) of digest information according to time information.
