PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device which can reduce the oscillation of the face of an optical disk and execute better recording and reproduction even if the used optical disk is flexible. SOLUTION: This optical disk device executes a recording and reproduction to the flexible optical disk. In this case, characteristically, a rotating-and-driving means which rotates and drives the optical disk, a converging device which converges the light from a light source on the optical disk and a supporting part material for the same and a transparent rotation-stabilizing plate which is fixed in the supporting part material so that it may be located between the converging device and the supporting part material and the optical disk and stably rotates the optical disk are provided. The converging device is composed of a first objective lens and a second objective lens. The first objective lens is fixed in the supporting part materials through the transparent rotation- stabilizing plate, and the second objective lens is fixed in the supporting part material through a lens-driving actuator.
