PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably attenuate an LSE mode which is an unwanted mode, and to provide a mode suppressor whose characteristic dispersion is small by previously detecting the dislocation of a conductor pattern for suppressing LSE mode which is in the mode suppressor. SOLUTION: The conductor pattern for suppressing LES mode 7a is installed in one face which is vertical in between the main faces of parallel planar conductors 1 and 2 and parallel to the transmitting direction of a high-frequency signal and is positioned in almost the center of the width direction of a dielectric line 3 in the dielectric line for high-frequency signal transmission 3, which is arranged between the parallel planar conductors 1 and 2 installed at the interval of not more than half the wavelength of the high-frequency signal. A conductor marker 7b, whose interval (b), with the upper face or the lower face of the dielectric line 3 being 0.01 to 0.5 mm, is formed at a corner in one face, where the conductor pattern for suppressing LES mode 7a is arranged. |
