PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulator which has small fluctuations of the characteristics, the circulator characteristic can stably be obtained with satisfac tory reproducibility, superior reliability without problems of cracks in a ferrite plate is obtained, and insertion loss is small. SOLUTION: In the circulator for an NRD guide, the two ferrite plates 2 are stuck on the inner faces of parallel flat conductors via adhesive layers having the thickness of 1 to 100 μm. |
