摘要 PURPOSE: A small-sized optic system used for an image transmission apparatus is provided to minimize a margin in an assembling process and enhance reliability by reducing a size of an optic system and simplifying a structure of the optic system. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(52) is adhered on a base substrate(50). The base substrate(50) is formed by a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) or an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Boards) or a PWB(Printed Wiring Board). The semiconductor image sensor(52) is fabricated by forming a plurality of semiconductor devices on an image sensing region(52A). An optical refraction structure(54) is formed on the base substrate(50) in order to cover the image sensor(52). The optical refraction structure(54) has a lens part(54A) and a support part(54B). The center of the lens part(54A) corresponds to the center of the image sensing region(52A). The lens part(54A) is used for concentrating incident rays(L5,L6) on the image sensing region(52A). An infrared filter(56) is installed between the lens part(54A) and the image sensing region(52A) in order to shield infrared rays, selectively. A groove(58) into which the infrared filter is inserted is formed on the optical refraction structure(54).
