PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which calculates the size of area occupied by a built- over lot and staffage, and automatically sets and displays a off-site ground lot including the ground and the staffage, without excess or deficiency. SOLUTION: This system is constituted with a formation means for forming a housing floor plan drawing with a coordinate axis or a display means to be able to display it, a store means to store data for the off-site ground off lot, a recognition means for recognizing whether or not the staffage is located off-site of the lot on the housing floor plan drawing, the store means for storing calculated rectangular area in the system by calculating, based on the recognition, minimum rectangular area including the lot and the staffage off-site of the lot, if the staffage is located off the lot, and the minimum rectangular area including the lot if the staffage is not located off-site of the lot, a recognition means for recognizing whether an object to be displayed on a priority basis is at a part of the off-site ground of the lot to be displayed, when the off-site ground the lot is not set by expanding the stored rectangular area with a constant value and the display means for displaying, based on the recognition that the object if the object to be displayed on the priority basis is located or the off-site ground of the lot as it is if the object to be displayed on the priority basis is not located.
