PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an original transmitter's name is unidentifiable from a header part of an electronic mail, although a mail address allocated to transmitting side equipment is identifiable, and that free contents can not be described in the header. SOLUTION: In the transmission of an electronic mail from a facsimile server, the name and a mail address of a transmitter and a message from the transmitter to a receiver are described in the text of the electronic mail.
