PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap incorporated type acoustic device that allows a user to enjoy music or the like over a long time while putting a cap on. SOLUTION: A sound reproduction section 20 having a solar battery 21 is incorporated to part of the brim 11 of a cap and a speaker is incorporated to an ear pad 13. Cables 40a, 40b interconnecting the sound reproduction section 20 and the speakers 30a, 30b are embedded in a sweatband 14 at the inside of the cap 12.
