The method for making a display cabinet includes the step of assembling the frame from two or more profiles with a tubular central section (4) using a pin (16). This is inserted into the central sections, which are then crimped on to it. Independent claims are included for: (a) a profile for use in the method; and (b) a module for use in the method made up of profiles as described above.
