PURPOSE: A digital wireless handsfree device is provided to improve call quality, to prevent call contents from being exposed due to cross, and to increase productivity by a more simplified circuit configuration. CONSTITUTION: A digital wireless handsfree device comprises a base set(10) and an ear set(20). The base set(10) and the ear set(20) use a fixed single carrier, and carry out wireless communication according to a half duplex two-way communication system. The base set(10), electrically connected with an ear/microphone jack(7) installed in a telephone terminal(5) through a connector(7), includes an analog/digital converter(12), a digital/analog converter(15), an MCU(Micro Control Unit)(13), a volatile memory(16), a non-volatile memory(17), a transceiver unit(14), and an antenna(18). The ear set(20) is connected with the base set(10) by wireless, based on a digital wireless communication system. The ear set(20) includes an antenna(21), a transceiver unit(22), an MCU(23), an analog/digital converter(24), a digital/analog converter(27), a volatile memory(25), a non-volatile memory(26), a microphone(28), and a speaker(29).
